Four Strokes in Swimming
Swimming is the best sport for people who are wondering of good and fit body. Swimming will help the body to move all of its muscles that it can burn the fat and calories faster. It helps building the shape of the body and it does not restrain the joint that it is good for all people, children and adult.
There are four strokes in the swimming, the breaststroke, the backstroke, the butterfly, and the free style or crawl. Among all the four strokes, crawl is the most popular and the easiest one. The opposite of this stroke is breaststroke which needs powerful body to glide in the water. As the most beautiful stroke is butterfly which needs all the body to move together like a mermaid. Then the backstroke that need both arms to make the body move in the water.
Each of the strokes has its own characteristic and has different impact in some parts of the body, especially on the shoulders. But all of the strokes are good for the body and can increase the health. And, it is recommended to exchange the stroke for one to another when swimming to maximize the burning of the calories.
